Quiz Terms and Conditions


  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry. The promoter is RPMGlobal Holdings Limited ACN 010 672 321 of Level 2, 295 Ann Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000, Australia (“Promoter” or “RPM”).
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
  3. The promotion period commences August 1, 2019 and concludes on 29 August, 2019 at 5pm AEST (“the Competition Period”).
  4. For entry into the draw, entrants are required to answer all 5 questions on RPMGlobal’s 50-year Quiz correctly. The Eligible Entries will be judged and the Winner announced on 30 August, 2019.
  5. Only one (1) entry per customer is allowed.
  6. Employees of the RPM Group of Companies, and their immediate relatives, are not eligible to enter the competition.
  7. The prize draw will take place at 4pm on 30 August, 2019 at RPM’s office at Level 2, 295 Ann Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000, Australia.
  8. There is one prize, a Garmin Fenix 5X Sports Watch, to be won with a total value of approximately AUD$999.
  9. The winner will be contacted by RPM by phone. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
  10. If the prize is not claimed within (7) seven days of the original draw, another winner will be selected and announced and notified on 6 September, 2019.
  11. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  12. All entries for the prize draw become the property of the Promoter. All entries received outside the Competition Period, will not be included in the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries. No correspondence will be entered into and the Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all participants.
  13. The Promoter and/or any of its related entities reserves its right to display or reproduce the entries it receives during the promotion. An entrant’s personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. Entrant may contract the promoter to request access to any of the requested personal information that is held.
  14. If an entrant does not truthfully provide requested personal information the Promoter may determine that an entrant is not eligible to win the prize.
  15. Various products and services are provided by different entities of the RPM Group. The different entities in the RPM Group are not responsible or liable in respect of products and services provided by other entities in the RPM Group.
  16. By entering this competition each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions.
